Founder, Director & COO - An Engineering Graduate by academics, Mr. Jose has nearly 25 years’ of experience in Integrated Technical Facility Management. Jose, a first-generation dynamic entrepreneur has laid a strong foundation for the sustainable business solutions. Being an astute engineer, Jose is credited for pioneering a strong Technical Services vertical, within the FM space, which INA TechFM is offering across business bandwidths.

Mr. Jose has been trained and certified on various training such as BEE on Energy Management, IACT advance courses on Energy Conservation and Management. In this professional journey he has lead multi-faced functions like Operations, Management, Governance of SBU SLA’s and Client Management. Mr. Jose’s clear, logical mind with a practical approach has seen him emerging to a position of national leader to drive the organizational growth across Pan India.

Ranjit Patil

‘Client First’ has always been the motto for Ranjit, who has a sprawling experience of more than two decades into the client solutioning and bring in wide experience across key areas like strategic segmented growth, regional feasibilities and technology innovation within FM offerings. A very aggressive and dynamic entrepreneur, scaling a business network across sectors and regional diversities.

He previously served as the President – of Business Development in OCS Group India formerly known as Absotherm Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. He has a dynamic approach and a strong ability to adapt to diversified facility management tastes & business requirements across the regions.

Mr. Ranjit Patil was a member of OCS ‘Regional Leadership Academy’ – a distinguished team of 16 chosen members globally, for leading the business beyond national limits.
